The first option is closer to my family. We had to rely on that trusted home health care service myallamericancare.com/ with our granny and should admit it was a good experience. It is an agency with many years of experience in the United States and boasts good and qualified staff. All American Home Care is dedicated to and studying aging. They can open up a lot of new knowledge for you. Hope it will make sense for you. Good luck

They’re different, so cannot be compared. Home health agencies provide nursing, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, social worker, and some agencies have nutritionists and respiratory therapists. These services are covered by insurance and are provided by licensed personnnel. Aides are caregivers, not licensed and often not certified. There is no skilled service provided by them, they assist with personal care and transportation, meals, and provide companionship. They are hired on a private pay basis.
Now, if you’re talking about caregiving agencies versus hiring privately, then agencies are the way to go. Agencies do background checks and the employees are bonded. Plus, if you just don’t get on well with someone the agency can bring someone else in without you having to go through the interview and hiring all over again. And if there’s a sick call the agency will do their best to bring in a sub.
